Called with questions regarding setting up my first appointment and Rachel was extremely helpful and patient with me (since I don't have it all together right now). Sorry to see the negative reviews here but so far I'm looking forward to the care I'll receive.

The wait was way too long in the exam room, after another long wait in the waiting room, and the doctors assistant was terribly rude and unprofessional. Terrible experience.

Dr Edmundson was literally the first OBGYN in years who truly listened to me and picked up on tests that everyone else had missed. Wonderful experience. Truly grateful.

This was my go-to office for years. I had surgery through their office last year, and their doctors have always been great until my recent visit. The front desk was very rude. Made me feel like I didnt belong and questioned as to whether I had an appointment. I didit took two months of waiting to get in. I arrived with my children. Theyre five. One of them is going through some separation anxiety so Their dad was going to wait with them in the waiting room. Theyre good, quiet kids that were planning on playing on their iPads for the short annual well womens exam. Ive brought them in before to the same office. This time however I was reprimanded for bringing children. Apparently theyre not allowed to wait there any longer. Someone could have mentioned that when I made the appointment two months ago. It also seems unreasonable considering this is a womens health center a mom doctor and obgynso it seems natural that children would be in tow for some parents. The staff showed no understanding only rudely told me theyd have to reschedule. I decided not to and just left because of how we were treated. Wont be going back and I encourage others to look elsewhere.
