They run their business under AFC name, Automotive Finance Corporation. Their customer service is mediocre, they have a couple of employees that do not know how to run business. There is always confrontation with dealers on many issues. Several auto businesses I am managing have problem dealing with this office, especially when they say " we are waiting AFC main office answer and we will get back to you." Never fulfilled their promise, lazy desk workers that they make lot's of mistakes that dealers have to run to correct them. We had our account with AFC for 6 yrs that we decided to close it and move to another institution and saved $$$thousands.
