First Credit Finance

I may be one of the only people who have had a good experience with this company. There was some confusion when I first financed with them with my car insurance, and they billed me for insurance costs without my knowledge, but that was actually my car insurances fault for not sending them any documentation of insurance, after they sent it to First Credit Finance, that charge was taken off, and I never had a problem after that. I paid off my car in January of this year, and have yet to receive my title, but, I just called their office, was on hold for less than 2 minutes, talked to someone, and my titles should be here next week as they finished processing everything. All in all not bad, never was harassed at all, but then I paid on time every month. No complaints for them, I'd use them again, it's easy, the payment never changes, and they are very straight forward.

horrible customer service, on hold for 12 minutes to get a payoff, then want to fax it, save yourself some grief and find another finance company - absolutely horrible
