Moved to area a few months ago, prior owners had AC system serviced before closing so was time for service. Saw good reviews and signed up for annual service plan. They were out yesterday for the service and I was so pleased at how super nice our tech was. Thanks.

Our apartment complex hired this company to fix our ac. We had issues last year Pacific Coast Heating and Air Conditioning it without a problem. We had more issues this year and air fixed it again. In just a few mins they had us up and running. So glad they finally called professionals. Maintenance told us it was normal temperature for an upstairs apartment. The team in here in a few minutes. Pacific Coast Heating and Air Conditioning tech quoted initially, provided a quote quickly, and once job was accepted booked it in to be installed within 10 days- in the middle of a heat wave! The install guys were efficient, clean & tidy. Tech followed up with me on completion to ensure customer satisfaction which I very much appreciated. Would definitely recommend this company.
