        Didn't call me before dropping off a dryer. Then left it at the wrong house and drove away. Unbelievable. They were here a few days ago when they were supposed to bring washer AND dryer, only had the washer. My house sits a little off the road so they had to hand dolley it about 200 ft. I tipped him $10 even tho didn't have my dryer. He said no need to sign, and they would call me when they were bringing the dryer. I received an automated message yesterday stating they would be here between roughly 2-4pm. At 1 pm my neighbor calls and said they left my dryer at their house. Very infuriating. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH SEARS. Spend an extra couple dollars on service and humanity elsewhere .
