Good evening every one....It is a heartache for me to write up this review, but every one needs to know of my worse experience with this restaurant, and from the bottom of my heart, I hope and wish the owner of this restaurant will learn from this and improve the service, specialy for the Owner's daughter, she needs to learn not to talk back to the customer knowing that the service was horrible and the restaurant servers and the owner were totally at wrong. Good restaurant do not let customer sit and wait for 2 hours and 45 minute, yet charged customer for 1/3 of the order...
On 12/24/2013, we came to the restaurant for dinner at 6:30pm, (2 persons only), we were seated, ordered 3 dishes and 2 bowl of steam rice, then we were let to sit there until 7:45pm with no food served. After 3 attempts to remind the server, 2 different server, the female owner, and only 1 dish was served without rice, we have to remind them we need rice and the rest of our order, the male server laughed after he saw nothing was served to us for that long period of time, then he walked into the kitchen and disappeared, I went and remind the female owner of our dishes have not been served, she looked and disappeared into the kitchen. I wait for another 10 minutes, still nothing served, so I went to see the daugher of the owner and let her know that if they are not intended to serve us, then go ahead ring up for 1 dish and 2 bowl of steam rice, we will pay and go away. The bill is $20.12 for bean sprout and steam rice...so when I handed the cash to the female owner, I told her that it is so sad that the service so poor, people came after us, sit next to us and around us have been served, ate and left, what is wrong with our order, as I was talking to the owner, the daughter was so rude and outragous cut me off, talked over me and told me that, "If you go to any restaurant it will be the same". OMG! I have been dinning out all my life from the House of Prime ribs, Chris steak house, Silk, VUNG TAU restaurant, bo 7 mon in SF and Milpitas, just to name a few, and yet, the service never been horrible at all, just this place.
My message to the owner: Please remove your daughter from the restaurant so you can save your business. You must send your daughter to school, to learn how to service customer and CUSTOMER ALWAYS RIGHT...or the daughter only good to have that kind of service and attitude where she is from...not in United States.
In all, your service is poor, the worse in the nation and attitude is SUCKED....and SUCKED HARD. It is 2013, almost 2014 and we are not in Hongkong.
I spent 2 hours and 15 minutes, paid $20.12 for bean sprout and 2 bowl steam rice, and have the Owner's daughter ran her mouth like she is having diarhea mouth....Please make sure your daughter take IMMODIUM ANTI DIARHEA pill before she serves customer... Learn to shut her mouth and concentrate in serve customer, because that is HER JOB, and do not collect customer money if you did not provide the service, YOUR DAUGHTER ROBBED ME FOR THAT POOR DISH, my dog did not want to eat that either...so sad... WE ARE IN AMERICA....
In Southeast and China, you don't care for customer service, but in America, your restaurant will be out of business soon...as previous of owners (three of them) from this location before you....have been out of business due to poor food and customer service.
Please hire more servers to service customer....you only have 3 servers for your restaurant, it is a joke, you bait customer to come in and sit and sit and wait and wait for the food like customer beg for food, in fact...customer order and pay for the food...SALVATION ARMY treat their client much better than you do at your estaurant...Please review and improve your business. Thank you in advance
