Do not trust with time sensitive papers. Kimberly was hired to serve someone for our business, we had a court date last week. She never filled paperwork with the court, wouldn’t return phone call or emails , finally got a hold of her on the day of court and she said she had a family matter and she would get to it in a few days. We explained we had court that morning and a few days is not an option, she said she would email it within the hour, and she never did. If you can’t have someone cover for you when you can’t work then you are in the wrong business. This is the type of job that people have sensitive documents that need to be addressed in a time sensitive manner. Needless to say our court case could not be heard and had to postponed and we need to find someone else to now do the whole process over since she is still not responding to our emails or phone calls and nor has she given us a refund for a service she didn’t provide.

DO NOT USE!!! I had this company serve someone for me and they never provided me any kind of proof of service, they will not return calls or repeated emails trying to find out what happened to my paperwork. As it is, Two weeks after the service date we have nothing and court tomorrow.

Kimberly's professionalism and knowledge just adds to her very sincere and caring demeanor. I'm very impressed and have used her to help serve papers for a divorce
