Very very very disorganized and dont know how to prioritize. I came in to pick up my food, and Im staring at it ready to be put on the bag, however, I managed to be patient and wait for my turn. The person named Marissa, took all of the peoples names on a piece of paper, and one by one, she has to make them from scratch and put all of them in a bag, while all the other orders that are ready to be pack and put in a bag, were there sitting on the corners. This is just my pure observation. Some worker/s dont know how to prioritize and manage their time to make work flow smoother. However, food is great. Cant complain. Got my order which is great however, I hope they do pack the orders that were already ready and assembled than having to get all the names of people who are in line, and assembling their orders while ignoring the rest of the orders that were already assembled ready to be put in a bag. Its a little bit unfair for people who put their orders ahead, drive all the way expecting their orders to be ready, just to see their orders sitting on a corner, not being packed, and looking at the worker prioritizing people who just put in their orders and trying to assembling and packing them first than those that were already ready to be bag. Just saying this is a bit unfair. Update: Just perfectly awesome!! Fast pick up, service is great and food is delicious!! 5 stars.
