Green Wire SUX big time. Its been 2 months and the appliance HAS'NT BEEN FIXED yet. 45 mins of hold time when you call them before someone hangs up on you Technician comes, doesn't do any diagnostic, assumes the issue & comes back after 2 weeks with a part. Only then he realizes, there is something else he needs Another one comes after another week or so, realizes that we need another part Another one comes after 2 weeks, claims to fix the appliance When tested, IT DOESN'T WORK When calling, NO ONE RESPONDS SAY NO TO GREEN WIRE

Was charged $1,400 in labor only for a compressor system replacement in an LG Refrigerator, the manufacturer supplied the parts under warranty. The GreenWire tech seemed good but he came alone and spent less than 2 hours doing the entire job. Do not mind techs that get the job done fast but charging $700 per hour is wrong. 7 months later, the same problem is back. Tried calling the company twice, cannot get anyone to answer the phone, on hold for an hour, once at the end of the queue, line disconnects. Bad communication all around - not happy with them at all.
