        I purchased two items that didnt work for us and tried to return them the next day. The store refused to refund because one of the items didnt have the original clear plastic wrap and the other item looked touched. Of course we opened them to find out that they didnt work. They said no return since the items couldnt be re-sold. I feel that a store should guarantee their merchandise. If something doesnt work, it should be returned to the manufacturer, not be back on the shelf. This experience taught me that in the future I need to drive longer distances to a different hardware store.
