I needed a bedroom in my new apartment cleaned with a tight turnaround, and from the first call Mimi's was super communicative and helpful! It took a total of two days from the very first call to the room being cleaned, and the cleaners were extremely quick. Minimum is $150, but will definitely keep them in mind for future deep cleanings and would recommend them in any setting!

Mimi responded in less than an hour with a quote. We had her cleaners come the very next day for two hours. They went above and beyond. Our place has never felt so clean! Highly recommended.

First off, I asked this cleaning service several times (text, email, list printout) to mop and apply polish to my vinyl plank floors.  When they left, I asked the owner if it was done.  She replied, no, they don't polish floors.  Would have been good to know beforehand as I requested it many times!  I'm not even sure if they mopped the entire floors either.  Many things I requested done were also missed or not cleaned well (vacuuming bathroom fan vents, stove knobs still dirty, spots still on shower glass).  I paid extra for a deep cleaning and it was a general cleaning at best.  The only upside is they wiped all the baseboards.  But for 3 people, 2.5 hours, in a 1500 sq ft house, I expected a little more.
