My wife purchased my chain and I had problems with the chain pinching me / breaking. I went back and asked for a different chain at first they advised I upgrade to something twice the price but I refused. After speaking to the sales person the manager intervened and allowed me to get something else so basically they made sure I left happy.

I went into Prestigio Jewelers to look at rope chains. I was greeted and helped by a very nice girl named Krystal. She was very knowledgeable on all her options I had to choose from. The store didnt have the piece I wanted so she got in contact with her boss and they were able to order it for me. During the whole process she was calling me and giving me updates on my purchase. I went to look for new chain for my husband for our wedding anniversary, Cecilia was so helpful explaining the paperwork/process to me!I feel like with other jewelers I get tricked/cheated, and not told everything, this was not my case! I was torn between three white gold chains, another employee named Jesus joined in, asked me some questions about my fianc, and ultimately influenced my decision. I didnt break my bank, and and husband LOVES his new chain!! Cecilia and Jesus were amazing at helping me out! I felt very taken care of. Definitely sticking with Prestigio for our future purchases.

Me and my husband came here to just look at fixing my bracelet. We started looking around and saw all of these new beautiful diamond pendants  that the store just got in. I honestly didn't know how easy it was for us both to get approved and out of there with an affordable payment.  I say "us" because my husband ended up getting a gold bracelet for himself. And I got a beautiful heart diamond pendant that says LOVE. We spoiled each other a little but honestly for what we got it was really affordable. I definitely recommend to at least stopping by and taking a look at their selection. Best we have seen in Merced area, and believe me we visited other jewelry stores as well. Shout out to Jesus and Cecilia for helping us out. Thank you!-oh and they fixed my bracelet for free because we bought those 2 items. Good deal! Five star.
