I was also disappointed in the workmanship and professionalism that I experienced with this company. Rick, the owner showed lack of communication throughout my dealings with him. I hired this company to rewire my house which was done with satisfactory results. He mentioned to me that he also installed solar panels which was actually the next project that I was looking to have done. So we made up a contract to have that done as well. It was completed, however, it was 11 months later when I had to hire a new contractor who actually was a solar installer to finish getting the PG&E approval to activate the service. My new contractor also informed me of the poor quality of the installment. First, one of the flashings around a pipe coming out of my roof was not tucked under the shingle on the uphill side to prevent rain water from leaking into the interior of my home. The next issue was that 4 of my panels were not wired correctly and not in service. My advise to anyone is hire an electrician for what he knows and solar guy for his expertise. That would be the same for all of the profesional trades. 👍

After reading the reviews and visiting A Bonner Electrics website I decided to give them a chance. I called and left a voice message. The next morning, early morning, I receive a text stating that A Bonner Electrics have a guy working in my area and requested for me to responded to schedule an appointment. I responded to the text and requested for a phone call. First off, it was off putting to receive a text. At the very least, I would expect a company to make a phone call and ask me what kind of work I needed for them to complete. Shortly after my text, I received a call and spoke with presumably the owner and explained what I need done at my home. He requested for me to text him my address and he told me he could have someone over at my house between 1p-2p. I waited from 1p-6p and nobody showed up. I did not receive a phone call either. I was disappointment.
