    Do not come here if your doctor is Dr. Cesar. I've had kidney stones five times in my lifetime. Went to the urologist and told him I had kidney stones because I was in the emergency room a couple days prior. He told me I don't have kidney stones and he doesn't know why I have the pain and I should just hold my pee in to try to control and to ignore the pain. 6 months later I'm screaming in pain in the emergency room because guess what I did have a kidney stone. This unqualified doctor told me a person who has multiple kidney stones in the past that I don't have kidney stones and I should hold my pee in and ignore the pain. Just wow what a terrible Doctor who obviously doesn't know what he's doing. And then my regular doctor prescribed me Norco for pain which works great I know because I've had many kidney stones in the past. Dr. Ceaser doctor tried to give me Tylenol. for those of you who don't know having a kidney stone attack is comparable to childbirth. I told him no Tylenol does not relieve the pain for me I know cuz I've had five kidney stones. It may relieve the pain for some people but not for me I know my body way better than this doctor does and it shows because I knew I had a kidney stone all along I knew it cuz I've had these before in the past. Stay far far away from this doctor. I still can't believe he told me to hold in my pee and ignore the pain for 6 months while I had a kidney stone. If he didn't know what was wrong with me he should have ran more tests to try to figure it out but instead he just had me wait for 6 months in pain until one of my kidney stones released and caused me extreme pain. I understand that doctors don't want people to be addicted to these painkillers. But I feel I should have the right to not be in pain! They could easily look at my urine sample when I was in the emergency room and see that I didn't have any painkillers in me at the time because I don't take painkillers unless I need to!!! I wrote this about 6 days ago if you look below you could see the owner messaged me to email them. I emailed them they never got back to me. This place has a one-star rating for a reason.

    Horrible experience that begins at the front desk. The attitude at the front desk was the worst I've ever encountered. Compassion and empathy can go a long way when dealing with patients who have a mental disability that includes anxiety. Giving attitude to the stressed parent doesn't help anyone.

    Was seeing one of the Dr.s for about a year under the impression that they were treating my diagnosed symptoms. I knew something was off so I decided to get a second opinion. I then find out that, sure they were treating symptoms but not all of them. The dr forgot to mention that I was diagnosed with more then just one illness. Like who forgets that?!? Aside from that, the whole year I was seeing him, I kept mentioning that my medication didnt seem to be working. He said that was all they could prescribe but my new doctor says that was false with my grade A insurance, I couldve gotten anything stronger! More to the story! After one of my procedures, after being released. I was still under the anesthesia and the doctor had the nerve to leave the nurse with a message for me and didnt tell my driver. I dont remember ANY of that conversation. Please, if you care about your health. Do NOT come here. Needless to say. If you look at past reviews. They always say they are sorry and theyll chat with you but no one has ever heard back from them after emailing them.
