My family recently moved to the area and couldn't find a better place! The location is great - walking distance from so many stores, coffee shops, supermarkets and restaurants. The apartment is really lovely, everything is new, clean and well maintained. Very modern high-end appearance of the building, garden and rooms. The maintenance team takes care of all issues in the apartment, and whenever I have an issue they come quickly to fix it. They also take care of garbage recycling which is a big hassle in California.Last, the property manger is a really nice women, she is friendly with all neighbors and organizes nice events every once in a while like yoga classes and cool gathering.

Six50 Live Oak is the most desirable place to live in Silicon Valley! The property manager, Ivana lives on site and is ALWAYS available. The website states that her hours are 10:00am to 3:00pm however she responds to our needs at all hours. I once had an issue at 10:30pm and she responded promptly and resolved the issue. The location is excellent. It is walking distance to restaurants, cafes, grocery stores  and entertainment ( The Guild) not to mention yoga studio, parks and book store.Six50live is a safe environment with gated underground parking. The maintenance team (directed by the property manager ) takes care of all service requests promptly. We tenants have been invited to participate  in yoga classes, strength training classes on the property among the beautifully landscaped grounds. There are a small amount of units which create a sense of community. What you see is what you get , a high end apartment complex with a property manager, Ivana who is friendly , professional, and extremely knowledgeable.

One of the nicest apartments in the area.  I got tired of shared laundry, old-building smells, and rust-colored water of my 1957 apartment and this solved all of that for me.  They have 5 studios, 5 1-bedrooms, 5 3-bedrooms, 1 3-bedroom house and 1 4-bedroom house.  It was completed around 2020 so you benefit from beautiful modern construction including good insulation and low-energy lighting. My utility bill was always quite low in my 1-bedroom unit.  The gas range was nice to cook on.  Interior is moderately high-end and clean. Massive windows are a mixed blessing between light and privacy.  I'd say worth it.  There are shades if you need privacy. The one in the bedroom blocks out a lot of light when all the way closed. Highlights include the secured courtyard where families let their kids play safely. Secured underground parking too. EV charging. This is billed to you via the PowerFlex app at reasonable rates. There are plenty of chargers so they are always available.  The 1-bedroom includes your own personal storage room with its own separate entrance. I fit a large mountain bike and some boxes in there.  I'm not sure why they don't advertise this.  There is also a communal bike storage that is pretty secure. There is an automated package locker so you don't have to worry about your packages being stolen. At least the ones that fit in it.  The 1-bedrooms have a nice outdoor patio with giant indoor-outdoor door that you can open up to it.  The property manager lives on site and is very responsive. Location is excellent, near downtown Menlo Park and other beautiful streets for a stroll.  Everybody has their own entrance, no common hallway.  In-unit laundry. Downsides include the cost. Not cheap. Additional fees per vehicle.  I know of apartments nearby that charge for parking and those that don't.  Always ask when shopping around.  It's illegal to park overnight on most streets in Menlo Park so you don't really have a choice.  Expect to renew for a full year or pay month to month fees.  The dentist office on Menlo Ave has a compressor and pressure-relief valve that cycle 24/7.  They refused to turn it off after hours.  How rude.  Just know that and see for yourself during the tour if it's ok for you.  No gym, no pool, no hot tub. If that's important to you then this is not your place.  There are several gyms and a pool nearby in the community.  In the 1-bedrooms I rarely heard people next to me but you will hear footsteps and the dishwasher and laundry above you.  Overall what you see is what you get.  A high-end apartment at a high-end price.  I would live there again.
