STAY AWAY FROM UNITED CAPITAL INVESTMENTS!
I bought the minimum $50,000 of a safe fixed income instrument for security. After 2 years it failed to return the 10 year bond rate which is very very low, so in April 2020 I asked to redeem my entire $50,000.
BOO!!! They invoked their "redemptions may be delayed" kind of clause, but to the extreme. It's going on 8 months and they've only redeemed
$8k of the $50k so far, telling me to wait until the next quarter for another little piece and so on. It looks like it will take over 2 years to get my "safe fixed income" investment back. "Some delay" should not take 2 years!!!
