Menlo Survey Federal Credit Union

I have been a member of the MSFCU for over 40 years. I have had loans for my house and cars and have never had any problems. The management and staff are the BEST!! They go out of their way to help and make sure you have the information you need to take care of your money. This site needs a sixth star for the MSFCU.

I came to know MSCU thru my mother, Peggy, when I came home to help her. Every single time mom went in over those 5yrs everyone made a little fuss over her, which she just adored! They made her feel like a special and important guest, and took excellent care of her accounts for years. They made sure I was taking good care of mom as well! After my mother passed, Meagan and everyone else was so very kind to me, and a heartbreaking chore (who would have thought closing a bank account could break your heart?) was made easier by everyone's compassion and help, and their own genuine sense of loss for someone they had known for years. Kindness AND excellence/competence. Who could ask for more? Wish I could move them  to Colorado!

I have banked with Menlo Survey Federal Credit Union since I was a teenager and started working at the U.S. Geological Survey.  I have never had a need to deal with any other financial institution or bank.  Everyone as MSFCU, from the tellers to the credit union manager and everyone in between, has always been at the top of their game and has always worked with me and had my best interest at heart.  I applaud each and every one of them, but give special thanks to Mary, Kelly and Meghan.  You ladies have always been there for me.As long as I am alive, I will bank with MSFCU and cannot give enough praise to all of them.Cindy DePaula
