This is the best place for dental care. You will feel and experienced they are care. Antonio and Dr Gonzales are treat me with caring and concern. They know their job , I know why I telling this because of my bad experiences to different dental clinic , they don't explained what need and don't need. This dental clinic is the best for me to understand what I need to be done .Not only them , another Dr is very good and all in the counter customer services are friendly and helping hard to the insurance authorization , they are not lazy . Glad I found this dental clinic .

If you value your time, I would suggest reading this. Very disappointed in West coast dental Menifee. I scheduled a cleaning a few weeks back and when I arrived, I waited a little over an hour until I was called back. The office was busy and I could tell so it is what it is. After I was called back, I then sat in a chair for another 30 minutes which seemed to be a little excessive but there were a lot of patients so again, it is what it is. Dentist comes in and looks at my mouth and that was it... Dentist then says I need to schedule an appointment for a deep clean. When I scheduled the appointment, I mentioned it was for a cleaning but waited almost 2 hours for the dentist to spend 2 minutes with me and tell me I need to come back. Okay... I then schedule my appointment for the next day and paid for the full service upfront. When I arrive to my appointment, I didn't wait more than 20 minutes but when the hygienist sat me down, she mentioned my insurance only approved for half of the service. So only half of my mouth was to be deep cleaned and I would need to return for the other half.. I have already left work early for one appointment and took time out of my busy schedule for the second just to get a cleaning done. When Im told I am only getting half done I questioned it and was told my insurance only covers half at a time.. Okay, so now I need to return a 3rd time just to finish a cleaning and of course there are no open appointments that fit my schedule on a Saturday when Im off so I had to schedule for a Monday and leave work early, again... Seems insane to me but if this is what my insurance covers then so be it. Well... that didn't sit well with me so I decided to call my insurance and ask why. Their response "you could have received the full deep cleaning in one sitting. It is at your discretion on whether or not you want to do half or full". After hearing that I asked again just so I understood correctly and they confirmed I could have received the entire deep clean procedure if I chose to. So, what Im getting from this is I was lied to and now I need to come in a 3rd time to finish something that should have been finished upon my first appointment or in my case, the second appointment. Also keep in mind, I had no complications or excessive bleeding that would prevent me from receiving a full deep clean. Fast forward to my 3rd appointment. I return, I get called back in a reasonable amount of time and when Im seated, Im asked to open my mouth. The hygienist puts something in my mouth but have no idea what it is. Come to find out its the numbing agent thats used but I never requested it. I questioned what it was and she asked if I had it the first time and I said no. she then removed it but I didnt understand why the first hygienist asked if I wanted it and this one just took it upon herself to give it to me anyways. Before we began, I asked again about the reason why I wasnt able to get my whole mouth done the first time and I was told the story about my insurance again. I left it alone at that point. Figured it must be West coast dentals way of telling their patients We dont have enough time so ill blame the insurance company. I am an easy guy. If someone told me they didnt have enough time I would have accepted that and just rescheduled but instead I was lied to? Makes no sense to me. To anyone who reads this. I am not here to bash West coast dental. I am just here to make you aware of what I experienced. I am certain most of us value our time and if thats the case I would just suggest going somewhere that is a little more truthful.
