Do not work with this company, my client asked for my help after the landlord Greg started becoming extremely aggressive and argumentative over simple things . I called and Greg proceeded to scream at us after we asked what was going on with the permitting. I became very suspicious of this and Greg told us to check public records which we did. After a quick public search on the 2540 and 2536 Sutro St. location showed their properties had code violations and we then went to the City and fire department to only find out their violations have never been resolved even they told us they do not have a good reputation and to be extremely careful working with them. Property was rented to my client illegally, you cannot rent without bringing up this property to code and again through public records you can see these issues are still open! Appalled at how this was handled I’ve been a contractor for years and not once have we had an issue like this in Reno with a landlord. EPM’s lack of help or apologizing is just plain rude, renters beware!

This company knowingly tried to rent us a property with serious code violations at 2536 Sutro St Reno and the city told us we wouldn’t be able to operate our company out of this facility until they handled their violation issues. Outstanding code violations in unit 7 & 6 that have been open for months - thank goodness my contractor was suscpicious about the land lord screaming at me for asking him a question about permitting and researched public records after Greg started threatening both of us on the phone. We asked him if he had a the correct permitting and he absolutely lost his temper. EPM never once apologized and acted like this was a normal occurrence. Renters beware! Don’t waste 3 months and countless money like we did and go with a reputable company - shame on all of you.
