Rob was a great realtor when we were buying our house in Arcata. He was very thorough and made sure that we were well informed about the condition of the house and was very helpful with arranging the inspections. He also provided us with inspections which had already been done and paid for..He connected us with a local loan officer and we were able to secure a great loan without needing to shop around a bunch. We closed escrow less than 45 days after our offer was accepted, during Covid, which was very impressive!  I don't think that we could have gotten the house without such a helpful realtor.

We were referred to Rob by another agent in Ukiah. Its always a good sign when fellow agents recommend and we could not have been happier with our choice. First, we were not yet living here and came up on several occasions. Rob always made time for us and helped us understand both towns and neighborhoods. When we did get here, in the very first month of the pandemic lockdown, we moved into an AirBnB. Rob knew time was of the essence. He did not hesitate, while using all safety measures, to respond whenever we wanted to see a property. He was an eager wealth of information for us from day 1. Within a month we closed on a property just blocks from the rental and he continued to help. Always available with advice about the area, contractors we could hire and that I shouldnt try to grow big heirloom tomatoes here in Eureka center! In short, hes not only informative and a consummate professional but hes a great guy, who we truly hope to have over for dinner someday soon!

My partner and I were new to the home buying process, and naturally, quite naive when we began our search. Rob was incredibly knowledgeable and responsive. He helped educate us on the entire home buying process and came up with thoughtful and creative solutions to address obstacles that we ran into along the way. At first rob was really aggressive and ready to sell our property. He worked really hard to show the house. Once the house got into contract he was not as transparent and did not hear from him as much. Had to call him or the title company several times to get information. There was also an incident with the plumber hired. Still not sure who was at fault in the miscommunication.  It was either the plumber or rob, either way it did cost us $1000 more in the end. The last annoying part was when we requested a copy of the final paper work he said he would do us this 'favor'.... um no.... as a realtor you work for us and it's not a favor it's your job. Overall too many things happened to make us feel comfortable with his business.
