So my experience has been absolutely horrible. Staff are very nice. I want to get that outta the way. But the current management is horrible who have 0 empathy. They don't cooperate with the clients. They kicked me out on a first offense. They rule with an iron fist like a dictatorship. They have used fear and threat tactics on us. Made us straight up feel unsafe in our own rooms. Not a healthy environment and do avoid if possible.

my sister is an active tenant and has an expressed a list of concerns i would like to have legal counsel on Juanetta unfairly treated tamia when she first moved in and made smart remarks to family member when she first entered the program emotional abuse from staff member Water was not properly working when tamia paid two months of rent utilities were not working before unit was ready and after unit was ready and rent was not reduced nor was any action taken right away when notified by staff Window was broken in initial unit and was forced out of her unit maintenance did not fix the problem and did not allow her to properly move her things out was sent to an upstairs unit while pregnant with a second child and this change was inconvenient to her emotionally and physically Has been there for one year and staff manager has not connected to her resources and has been stringing her along program is known for housing and redevelopment and she has not gotten any confirmation from staff worker about her future with housing The staff treats her unfairly and fails her unit inspection due to personal reasons and emotions and not based on proper conduct and guidelines of the program Advocates children services and the staff neglects tamia and her two children knowing she lives alone and is written up when family helps her care for children Program is drug free and program drug tests however many tenants still actively uses drugs and this has affected her one year old developmentally and had cause issues with her second pregnancy They distribute hygiene and toiletries every week however juanetta does not distribute proper things to tamia due to personal reasons of not liking her when she is staff and is supposed to help and she lies to tamia about quantity of toiletries Juanetta cussed out and cussed at tamias family member for helping her in her upstairs unit when tamia has pleaded for staff to help Juanetta unfairly intimidates tamia and other family members to prevent them from helping her in her unit family is aware of program rules and does not come by often they only come to help and tamia communicated with staff every time family came Main program manager has emotionally abused her and sends out personal emails Tamia is afraid to speak up and challenge things that bothers her because she is afraid to be put out staff personally intimidates her and make her afraid to express concerns about legal protocols Tamia has endured emotional duress and stress since living in the unit Mother has reached out and express her concerns and did not reach out or follow up about concerns Program exit date is september 27,202217 staff coordinator does not have resources available after exit date and is not detailing information and is not being realistic about fair housing and market steve is expecting her to be ready to pay housing knowing rent is high and she has not started working and has not established enough work history or is in a position to move 17 does not give her reassurance is program housing making her feel welcome to stay in the program until she gets on her feet and staff coordinator mislead her into thinking she cant stay there after exit date and forcing her and harassing her on working and has no emotional regard for tamia and her children’s stability
