People were friendly at admission and the technicians were very professional. I did experience a very slight wait but not uncommon in the medical field.

Worst experience ever they were always going into the rooms that were marked e f and yelling our name they do not even know who in the rooms I got there a little after 2pm did not get down tell after 10pm the doctor that was going to drain my knee hit the knee cap with needle doctor then ask me were did they take fluid out last time there were people coughing sneezing all over little girl came in crying bleeding all over it took some 15 min to help her and clean blood up the nurses say they will be right back they don't also there was a problem with the security guard being rude to the pastor that was there for a family I know definitely that pastor made a report they were not busy when I came in then they got busy withch I understand but they definitely don't have a system when they call your name sometimes they did not hear them then they get rude horrible horrible experience now my knee hurts more than it did before I came in .

entered hospital at 6:15 pm had to ask security gaurd who was not paying to the main door but to some other non concerned gossip to tell me how to check in when I got service it was professional although scattered, my nurses, admin personel phlebotomist, CT tech and PA were all very good but they are obviously way understaffed I was told they would be back for me next MANY times and seemingly hours later they came back. it WAS busy and I did get treated but from traije to blood work was 1.5 hours then registered another 50 min then ct ((I asked if I was still scheduled 3 times) to waiting area 4.5 hours where I almost got bumped again but tech took care of me ( I came out 4 more men in wheel chairs were in line) another 30 min for pain pill I'd requested after blood work at some point then at 12:30 am diagnosed and 30 more min released again I don't believe it was staffs fault but it seemed very disorganized by procedure staff just seemed to constantly look for patients because they didn't know where they were
