Big Herb came to our home to inspect the dryer vent. We were a little apprehensive because we did not know what to expect. Big Herb showed up with a smile and ready to go to work. Very professional young man. He wore shoe protectors which we were happy about, because we just got new floors. He explained the read out results of the dryer, inspected the lines and went on the roof for a thorough assessment. We feel comfortable knowing the dryer vent is ok. Very happy with the Dryer Vent Wizard in Yuba County and would recommend Big Herb to anyone.
