        Not reliable. Tech never showed up, tech called in sick but no update from the company until I called for an update on the repair. They then told me they wouldn't be able to handle my repair for another week. I understand things happen with employees getting sick especially during covid, but your clients should not be punished for this. Had this been communicated to me in a timely manner, I would have been spending my time finding another tech rather than waiting for one to never show.
