We’re passing through on an RV trip with the boys. Probably our last trip with them in the travel trailer. Brought my Nissan Titan for an oil change. Was quoted $84. That’s what I pay back home. Good. Then the guy came in and said, oh we misquoted. It’s a diesel so it takes more oil. He knew it was a diesel at the beginning. It’ll actually cost $145. Crooked. Stay away from this Nissan dealer. No integrity.

Beware, The price on the windshield, doesn't not mean the price of the car!!!! Went to the dealership to look at a VW which had big bold numbers on the windshield of $11, 850. Test drove the car then went in for the paperwork. The dealer then brought out a paper that he had written up and there was an additional $2,290.00 added to the price of the car. This was not for taxes, doc fees or registration, but for these items.$310 tint , $ 95 wheel locks, $395 shawdowmark, $1295 reconditioning. $2,290.00 all of which are already on the car that has the $11,850. price. This dealership deliberately misrepresented the cost of the car! I am going to report this to the BBB and every single place that I can. Beware consumers! Update: I was contacted by Mr Parry today, which did not go well. They are still not willing to honor the price instead made this excuse " An hourly employee made a mistake with the price on the car" while shifting from honoring the price to blaming an employee seems to make it all better, it does not! Resolving the issue is not blaming someone ie, an employee, my husband or myself.

Cardinale Automotive Group shady operation, they have fake reviews on all their dealerships Google listings.
After looking around on these reviews below, I scrolled down a year back and there are about 150+ fake 5-star reviews on Coast Nissan and Coast BMW which is owned by Cardinale Auto Group. I looked into its list of dealerships and discovered that all of the dealerships owned Cardinale Auto Group has fake 5-star reviews. You read and you connect the reviews where you'll noticed how they’re all connected to each other. Talk about being lied to thinking your reading real reviews but you’re not. Here’s the list of dealerships owned by Cardinale Auto Group, all you have to do is look into each one of these and you see they hired a fake review service company that posts fake reviews for businesses. Yes, that’s right, your being lied to on these fake reviews, not all of them but a lot of them.
