Relax Holistic

I purchased a groupon for a consult and chiro so it was well worth the $$ for me to go here. Dr. Michelle was pretty thorough and really nice to chat with. She gave me a massage and a couple of adjustments which freed up my neck nicely as well as helping me start to resolve issues with my wrist and ankle. She also gave me some very good advise for maintenance and preventing issues in the future. Please apologize to Dr. Michelle for me though. I forget that I am barefoot a lot of the time and only wear shoes when absolutely necessary. The bottoms of my feet were probably pretty dang dirty. Sorry!!! Anyway, I was completely prepared to come back and pay regular price for sessions based on the relief I felt from just one appointment. However, they asked me to do a review in order to receive a discount, which I have no problem doing. What I do have is a problem with are the responses to the negative reviews that I read when I went to post mine. Posting someone’s real name when they use an online alias is certainly a violation of privacy if not HIPAA as well. Whether or not the customers were in the wrong, the name calling is pretty disgusting. ‘Good luck in life with this attitude!’ and ‘Dan little weenie’ are not acceptable replies to negative reviews. The responses read like a Trump tweet. For this reason, I will not return and could not give the 4th star that my experience deserved. Very disappointing and a terrible way to do business!

My experience with Dr. Michael Bach & his staff was phenomenal! He was professional, caring & funny at the same time. He made me feel very comfortable. I felt 100% after Dr. Michael Bach re-adjusted my body! I highly recommend the Relax Holistic :)

Very happy with our service here. My boyfriend has been complaining about back pain all week. I found them on Groupon- $29 for an exam, consultation, and treatment. Amazing! But I wasn't sure if I should get the chiropractor or acupuncture package. So I called them and they agreed to do an exam first and then decide which route to go- ultimately chiropractor. And they still honored the groupon price! We had an appointment the very next morning. There's plenty of parking, the receptionist is a sweetheart, the doctor seemed knowledgeable. They listened and knew exactly what to do. Less than 30min later he came our brand new. She was able to pop her in back in, and although it was sore a few days, he's back at it! We will definitely be coming here again!

Here for a chiropractic tune up by Dr. Jasmine. I used top drive to the south Bay for her treatment, but am super happy she is closer to my home at Relax Holistic!!
