Neil answer my email and phone call same day as my inquiry. He was there to help at all steps along the way when dealing with appraisal for a totaled car. He was able to work with the appraiser from the insurance company to come to an agreement that was deserved. Thank you for all of your help and guidance. Well worth the money.

What a pleasure to find Neil and West Coast Appraisals! I had a need for a quick turnaround to appraise an exotic and he picked up the phone after hours, secured my appointment next-day, and even gave me an expedited report for a reasonable cost. Shows up on time the next day, got it all done within minutes, and I had my appraisal report in hand before end of day. All in all, SUPER satisfied hiring Neil and definitely will use him again for future appraisal needs!

Neil was nothing short of incredible. Truly. In the end he got almost 3x more than the insurance would offer! If your car is special and your insurance doesn’t get it Neil is the man to get them straightened out!

Paid 900 bucks and he didn't even get the manufacture year right on the 2 cars he inspected for me that day. He emailed to say he was preparing the report and would phone me at 3PM but instead he decided to work on a car. All I got were some pictures and a short verbal account after I tried calling him a few times. I didn't get so much as a report. Some people like this guy but I'll never hire him again. 900 bucks and no written report. If he did it to me he could stick it to you.
