I have a unlimited membership here that I rarely use so it's a Monday one of there slowest days was turned away because they said they where busy with appointments so I cancel my membership look at the photo

I have been to this place at least 15 times since I moved to Manteca and I was always happy with the service I was getting here for me and my kid until I choose one of the guy from this store as a hairstylist for my son. He not only messed up my kid's hair big time but also was rude to us. The basic principle behind doing a hair cutting job for kids is to have patience and how to keep kids engaged while cutting hair but this guy was making faces when my kid was moving his head while hair cutting. His hair is all messed up now and I need to find another salon to get that fixed. I can definitely vouch for the other hair stylists from this Salon since I have always had a very good experience and received quality service.
