Nicely designed spaces. Plants and windows. Masks, sanitizer, temperature check. Seating spread out. High ceiling and airy feel.

Everyone is pretty spread out and even the waiting areas have chairs that are the appropriate space apart. Nurses and staff are very clean and the process to enter is very simple. Just a mask and the usual Covid-19 protocols. Overall a very easy stop

I get a text saying my Rx is ready. Wrong. The pharmacy doesn't have it ready and in fact they don't even have the current or refill Rx in their computer and the clerk isn't at all helpful in fixing the problem. It's like pulling teeth to get them to figure out the problem. Such incompetence raises my BP. Trust in KP destroyed. Why send texts when they came be believed?
