        My rating is both as a Real Estate Broker and as a buyer. Selling agent choice and it was a bad choice. Zero communication. No returned calls or emails. Terrica Banks handled escrow. Didn't follow escrow instruction. A week after closing she sent closing statement not following instruction of mailing address. Hope I don't have to do business there again, since I've been doing this for 30 years, and this is my first bad review.
