I wish I had dug a little deeper into attorney Rita Morales' history and read reviews. Avoid her at all costs, because it will end up costing you. She was suspended by the California Bar in the past for taking advantage of clients and not giving them back money that was owed. I was a witness in a case and hired her for a deposition. She was not a useful attorney in the slightest. She constantly took advantage of me by creating fear where none should have been, (I was a witness not on trial). She lengthened calls to justify billing more hours. Continuously cussed and used foul language on calls. Repeatedly yelled at me on calls. She did such an unsatisfactory job that I ended up hiring a new attorney to represent me. When I did that she got incredibly upset and cussed me out more. Please avoid her!

I hired Rita some years ago for a discrimination case against an employer she is a FRAUD the worst attorney in Los Angeles. I submitted a complaint to the state bar in regards to her erroneous charges and fees she was suspended I find it hilarious she goes by Miranda Morales Law instead of her given name Rita Miranda Morales says a lot "bad reputation". I guarantee the money I paid to her paid her kids tuition at Columbia University. Often times she asked me for "cash payments no paper trail" I documented everything still have the documents to this day I should follow up with the state bar force them to disbar her from practicing law be forewarned NEVER hire this person.
