Ive worked in this industry for over 20 years and people like Alison are often hard to come by. Shes both ethical and tenacious. She operates in balance of both her head and heart. Any family working with Alison is truly blessed and in the best of hands.

Alison took over a case that had been grossly underrepresented by 2 separate other so called lawyers; Alison expeditiously resolved the issue that had been unnecessarily prolonged. Alison fought for truth and justice to prevail. Alison treated us with dignity; she treated us like human beings; she empathized with the fragile mental state I had been reduced to in our fight against the unwarranted charges; she consoled me and immediately went to work on the case; her communication, assurances, and professionalism were a relief to me. I call Alison the "mothering" lawyer; she lawyers with the care of a Mother; she let me know she has kids of her own and her mother instinct would kick in to give My Son moral support when I couldn't be there; and she did when he expressed his relief that the nightmare was over. It was a pleasure to see that Alison is so well respected among her peers and the Judge; their interaction was professional and respectful to Alison and to us; it was good to have a different point of reference than the exact opposite in the previous experience we had. It was encouraging that Alison has established communication lines to resolve issues. I appreciate her aggressive approach to not settle; but continue to call the attention to the travesty of justice and doing the right thing.
