        I have known Cindy for a while and remember when she first walked in to my office to introduce herself and leave her business card. Blue Shield announced the were not going to sell this insurance anymore, Susan called and setup appointment with Cindy to find out what was available and even get quotes of insurance for our needs. After meeting with her, she listen to our family needs and made some suggestions on types of insurance she suggest for our needs. I was so impressed of how she listened and came up with several suggestions. Once we decided on the carrier to sign up to. We were were amazed to the monthly savings we received and wish Blue Shield would have dropped us sooner. Thank you Cindy Vail and Vail Insurance. Feeling blessed.
