        Hands down, the best in Lake County, period! Do not waste your time & money calling those Web-based flower companies. I have been using Rainbow Ballons & Flowers for years now and they always provide amazing customer service and the very best quality flower arrangements. My mother lives in the town of Clearlake and I now live on the East Coast. I trust the owners so much that I dont even need to specifiy what type of flowers I want. All I need to say is, "make them look beautuful" and they always do. :)
