Would give 10 stars if possible. We got locked out from the inside of the house, I called our property manager at 7:30pm and told her our situation. Within minutes Ben was here from First Bay Locksmith. He was fast, did a great job on fixing the jam and even replaced our door knob to fit our existing key so we didn't have to change keys. 8:10pm and the job is complete!!! Ben was so friendly, professional and did a very good job. I would highly recommend Ben to anyone having locksmith needs. Thank you for the quick response and even better customer service.

I called on Christmas Day and Ben texted back within 15 minutes, and arranged to come to rekey the house and ADU on December 26 (at my request). Ben was prompt, polite and quick. It took about 30 minutes or so to rekey four doors, some of which were poorly keyed by the prior owner. Great work, very pleasant, explained exactly what he was doing, and fast!

Been fortunate to have found Ben with this company a few years ago to provide repairs and replacements for several locks. Since then I've had to call on him several times to provide repairs and replacements at different locations of job sites. He's always been extremely professional, incredibly knowledgeable, and providers the utmost in customer service. I am always completely satisfied with the work he does and appreciate his great humor and personality! Tops on my list for all locksmith work!

Ben was great! I had him install a smart keypad deadbolt lock on my front door. He had to drill a hole on top of my existing mortise lock and disable it at the same time so that the new deadbolt would be the only functional lock. Everything went very smoothly and he knows his stuff! I would highly recommend Ben for any locksmith needs you may have. I will definitely reach out to Ben for any future needs.
