I love this place because the food is great AND they have outdoor seating.

It was very crowded on a nice Saturday afternoon, both indoor and outdoor seating was packed but they quickly found us a table! I had their traditional Jaoanese Bento box with Saba Shioyaki & Salmon Sashimi combo and my husband enjoyed the Sashimi Sampler. Dietary restrictions: We are on a keto diet so we just avoid the rice. Its easy to be on Keto when youre dining Japanese (just order sashimi or saba Shioyaki if you like your fish grilled; or try the chicken or pork dishes).

The nigiri salmon had a lot of white fat on it and was too thick so it was hard to bite with too little rice under it. The ratio was way off. The gyoza itself was pretty good but the sauce didnt have much/any flavor compared to other sushi locations weve been to. The rolls were mediocre. Too large to eat comfortably, lacking flavor and not super fresh. Cant complain with the amount of food but not impressed with the quality. Unfortunately we wont be returning.

Food did not taste or look fresh. My husband and I were both sick after. We had a large selection, and most of it seemed like a bad cut, old fish, or very fatty. Service was fine but didn't make up for the unpleasantness of the food.
