Dr V was amazing . caring compassionate scientific . he took the time to really get to the root of the chronic knee pain problem for my mother and created a treatment plan that improved her mobility and addresses of the problem longer term vs just managing for pain

Dr Vi is the best , he took care of me when I had accident & sustained back injury 2 weeks ago ! I was from out of town and he didnt hesitate of seeing me in spite I am not his patient anymore , after 3 years moving out to Florida to retired. Thanks so much to Jessica and Adriana they are both great assistants ! The whole medical team made the difference ,made me feel like family! Awesome team !Thank you so much Dr Vi ,Jessica and Adriana

In these uncertain times, Im so thankful to have found Dr. V and his office team. From the very first point of contact Ive been so happy with the staff communication keeling me updated on my health. Dr. V is extremely kind and easy to talk to about my concerns and I trust him to make the best decisions for my health. Their virtual appointment system is very user friendly and convenient. I highly recommend Dr. V to my close friends and family!

WARNING - do NOT come here. My husband and I got in a car accident in 2019 and our visits were less than satisfactory. This office runs like a business that only cares about getting people in and out rather than the care of their patients and what would be beneficial for their needs. At the end of the day I always felt like they were looking at us as if every visit was a transaction and insurance payout. Situational example: When my husband and I got hurt in a car accident, they constantly asked us to come back in for ANOTHER follow up, even if things seemed to be progressing well. Often times these follows ups consisted of a 5-10 min MAX check up where they would ask very generic questions like how are you doing? Things are getting better? okay good then they would have us put our arms straight up and push them up and down (dont know what that did - maybe check with pain but seems so elementary) and then done. BOOM, were in and out and theres your co pay money and insurance paying you out for just asking me if Im in fact progressing with my pain. Even though we may have talked about nothing, the ask of the doctor was to always check back in month, 2 months etc. Heres another frustrating example: per the doctors recommendation I was going to physical therapy. However, when x amount of sessions wasnt enough I needed to continue. All the doctor had to do was say okay are you still in pain, where hurts, etc. and approve continuation BUT AGAIN I had to make an appointment just to tell Dr V exactly what I said over the phone - x still hurts, Id like to continue PT because its helping etc 5 minute meet up and there again is my copay and insurance money. Secondly when our Attourney asked dr vs office to send them my husband and my medical records they asked for a ridiculous fee. (NO OTHER OFFICE FROM MY ACCIDENT HAS DONE THIS) Firstly, the attorneys office has been calling since beginning of April and it is now June. Our Attourneys office called, left voicemails, faxed, sent snail mail and they FINALLY RESPONDED 2 months later. On top of that my husband and I have also called multiple times and left voicemails with no calls back (not sure if COVID is the reason for this but regardless it shows their office is open so why is there no one calling us back?). But heres whats even crazier, they wont let my attorneys from the car accident access MY OWN MEDICAL RECORDS and are charging us $250. WHAT ?! No other practice I have had to work with for this car accident has been this slow to respond, has forced us to pay a ridiculous and unreasonable amount to obtain our OWN records, and has had no one answering their phone lines for a week. To add to that, my doctor notes shouldnt be extensive. We went to their office SIX TIMES and youre charging our attorney $250 to obtain six notes?! All I can say is I am so frustrated. Dr. V and Adrianna, you both should read the hipaa .gov website because your practice isnt even in compliance with whats a fair and reasonable fee. In fact if youre PRINTING the pages (which youre not) the cost should be 25c per Page. In summary: dont come here, not worth your time and frustration. If youre looking for an honest practice - IT ISNT HERE. If they had the opportunity to jip you, they most definitely would take your money and run.
