My favorite place for hot yoga: welcoming people; very clean studio; sessions aren't crowded . . . love it. Hoping to be able to do the teacher training this January. A friend of mine did it earlier this year and said it was amazing!

Every time I finish class in savasana the thought: "I needed this" runs through my head. This studio is tucked back in a quiet courtyard (which is a bit "hidden", give yourself extra time to find it on your first visit) and is clean and welcoming. I've been going here for a little over a year, recommended it to my roommate who has has negative experiences with hot yoga in the past and now she's converted too! The vinyasa flow is paced well and the balancing portion has helped strengthen my ever weak ankles. I've gained tone, flexibility, and a calmer minded practice!
I've gone to several of the teacher's classes - Jackie (also the owner), Meowset, Chole, and Sonya - and appreciate the variety and personality they bring to their classes.
So happy to have this studio in my neighborhood!

So Cal is my favorite part of the day. Close to home which is important living here in Brentwood. I walk a half a block and I get free parking which is nice if you go all the time. As the little troll ticket man loves to stand by and give tickets. So Cal is Hot Yoga and the class size is large enough where I don't have sweaty bodies right next to me. Its clean!!! The teachers are all good and its the Vinyasa Flow and I just love how it has changed my body!! Perfect way to end my day!!!! Thank you so much SoCal Hot Yoga, so happy I found you!

I've been a loyal SoCal Hot Yoga customer for about 3 years. I love this studio!
The teachers are skilled, friendly, and guide class with a nice mix of coaching poses and breathing exercises. It is a wonderful place to work on your yoga practice and bring piece of mind to your daily life, and in just about an hour you can have a great workout for mind, body, and soul.
The studio is conveniently located in the heart of Brentwood. There is a nice gathering area in the front of the studio that includes water, drinks, candles, yoga mats and towels, and assorted clothes which are all Yoga friendly. There are also 2 yoga clothing stores located nearby, Lululemon and YogaSmoga.
Jackie, the studio owner, is very friendly and skilled at Yoga. She creates an atmosphere that is welcoming for new students and challenging for veteran students.
I highly recommend SoCal Hot Yoga!
