He went on to complete his medical degree at George Washington University before an intensive surgery internship at the University of Maryland Shock Trauma Center and a residency at Georgetown University Medical Center. Since then, Dr. Babak Moeinolmolki has performed more than 2000 minimally invasive bariatric procedures, helping patients achieve lasting weight loss and overall improvements in their health and quality of life. Recognizing that patients who lose a significant amount of weight will often have cosmetic concerns associated with the change in their bodys composition, Dr. Babak Moeinolmolki also sought training in cosmetic surgical procedures, including a fellowship in cosmetic surgery.
