I couldn't be more disappointed with both the service and quality. When selecting a dress I tried a sample size 6 and it was huge. Had to be held on by clips. The streamstress came over and measured me as a 6. Which couldn't be the case. I typically wear size 0-2. They did this so they could purposefully upcharge alterations. I spent $700 on the dress and $1100 on the alterations. When I got the dress back there were holes in the lace sleeves. I hardly recognized it the whole garmet looked so tortured. I can't believe I spent this much money for a dress I will be ashamed to wear at my wedding.

Went into this store with no appointment and was extremely satisfied! I had originally had a dress on order at David’s Bridal and after going back and forth with them in regards to fittings and dates for my dress to arrive I decided to cancel my order with them. The follows weekend me and my mom and one of my bridesmaids went looking and I can say I was discouraged! Then we found Simply Bridal and we planned on just looking. I end up finding my dream dress for 460.00 I am so excited for my wedding in June I do have to get alteration but overall my experience was great!!!!!!
