MTM WATCH

GREAT EXPERIENCE WITH MTM CUSTOMER SERVICE: I've had two different MTM watches. One was the old version of the Silencer and one is the newer version. MTM has been very professional and patient in helping me keep these watches up to date. They seemed to give me a discount on one occasion when I needed two repairs for the older watch. I have been pleased with my experiences as far as customer service goes. I have been also been pleased with the watches themselves, which have have held up well over the ten years I've owned MTM watches. The Silencer is my every day watch.

VERY upsetting: 1. extremely overpriced - all the movement costs a fraction of the final price. was surprised to learn that a $1500 watch can have a regular $10 quartz movement. No surprise they break that often. Purely tactical and very "durable" for sure. 2. $500 tactical watch that don't have a cheap sapphire crystal??? 3. Funny I read in the comments most people service them as they break. So far I never had a watch that broke for the last 20 years while the company can't fix the watch that "is 15 years old!! as the company representative says. Guys, not only this is not normal for the watch to fail 4 times during that period, but pretending everything is fine is even worse. anyways, I hope at some point you will improve as I want to see your company succeed.

I just recently purchased my Air stryk 2 and all I can say is Wow. Love this damn thing. Only missing thing on the package was the MTM dog tag.

Recently sent my MTM Cobra from Australia back to MTM in LA for a service. Despite the watch being almost 10 years old it came back looking brand new. The customer service and communication was excellent. I can highly recommend MTM.
