If I could give them even less stars, I would! Their customer service is pathetic, rude, lazy and uncaring staff. I shudder to think how my pet gets treated once he is taken inside. I am definitely not coming back. They should be forced to close down.

Running a scam. When we booked appointment for getting our dog vaccinated, they said they would do free basic checkup also. So we took the dog, and the end when we get the bill they charged $50 and said thats understood and they always charge office visit fee and its just understood. We tried to argue but he kept repeating the same thing. Its a scam we returned the items we were about to buy too. Never going again to any Banfield.

I have been on the Banfield plan for 3 years with my dog and the day I actually needed their vet services they were too busy to fit him in for an emergency visit. The girl on the phone was beyond patronizing with her apologies and smiling abnoxious tone stating the doctor couldn't accommodate any emergency due to her being at lunch and my dog not having an app. She even Offerd to take him the next day knowing he was having an allergic reaction, which was completely mindless and irresponsible of her as well. She kept spewing practiced responses about their wellness plan which didn't include emergency which was irrelevant to the situation. If I were Petsmart would not want to be affiliated with such a pathetic operation. When someone's lunch is more important then the animals you claim to care about then you shouldn't be in the business of servicing animals because clearly you don't CARE! Beyond angry with this group. You haven't heard the last of me.
