My sisters car had things missing inside. We have a tape recorder in the car for emergencies the day they took it and the day we picked it up they ransacked through it. We could hear on the audio tape that they were moving things around. I don’t know if they were looking for money, but they definitely do something wrong on too of that are rude and think their better than everyone else

John at the repo yard was so kind and helpful! We drove through very heavy traffic and kept in communications while stuck in horrendous traffic. They waited for us when they didn't have to. The fee was very fair and we were happy to get the car out. But John was is the reason I am writing this review. My son had screwed up and missed payments. After 3+ hours in traffic; it was discovered that my son HAD FORGOTTEN HIS KEY. John helped get the car pulled out to a safe spot on the curb before closing the gate so that we could have the key brought to us. It was during this time that he offered encouraging words and uplifting messages to us during this very distressing time. The fees were fair, the service was professional and John was a breath of fresh air at a dark time. 5 stars are not enough.

The guy just hung up on me abruptly after being on hold for 5mins. Clearly don’t want the business.
