I came here to get a COVID test. I had an appointment at 3pm and got there earlier. Luckily the girl who was working there today, Diana I believe, was super accommodating! She helped me out as soon as she was done with the previous patient. I was in and out in around 15 minutes. Ive had frustrating experiences at other locations for the same thing.

Shame on CVS and Minute Clinic. By the time the person in front of me gave up on the check in machine, and then I struggled with the check in machine, my confirmation number had expired. The first thing the machine asked me for was my credit card, but it wouldn't accept any of my cards. The last thing it asked me about was my appointment. By then it was too late. It's not my first time at the minute clinic and the machine is always trouble. I can't be the only one telling you this. But now I'll try Walgreens.

I just don't understand why on 2 separate occasions I have come when their hours say they are open and they are closed. Not fun when you have strep throat and need antibiotics asap
