Absolutely the worst CLINIC EVER! MEDICAL ASSISTANTS are half way trained they have yo to Google search EVERYTHING then diagnose you the Doctor are EDEXTREMELY RUDE AND DONT LISTEN to their patients they rush the patients

Fish Lungs
Waited 2 hours. Filled out patient packet. Waited some more. Got seen by a doctor. Called a month later they tell me they dont know who I am and Ive never been there ... so what happened to my information ?

Avoid at all costs. Lack of real care from doctors, lack of care from admin staff (aka "nurses"). Needed an urgent care authorization to be completed and it took 2 weeks for one of the admin staff in the office to even get it (in the same office!!!!), Urgent Care and THEY CAN'T EVEN FILL OUT THE FORM AND SUBMIT IT IN TIME!!

I went in for a physical and because I been having terrible knee pain for months now. I told the Doctor and he was very rude. As I was explaining to him what happened to me, he kept telling me to be quiet, and he also kept talking to me in Spanish since I am Mexican, but my first language is English and I clearly stated that to him. This was my first time there and I am not going back. Doctors should treat patience with respect and vice versa, but this man was extremely rude and really uncomfortable to be with. Is that how he treats patience there? He even end up messing up on my prescription and that has been delayed. The Doctor that was suppose to see me that day was Doctor Hazel but it ended up begin Doctor Palla. If you were assigned to go there, I recommend you go to a better place, some where they will hear your concerns and not just shut you up. This is not acceptable in any professional setting that is suppose to help people.
