Rapid Passport and Visa

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! Terrible service and unprofessional company. Called to inquire details and the gentlemen that answered the phone kept changing the details regarding information for pricing, scheduling, passport delivery time, and payment structure. His attitude was very terrible, he interrupted my responses, kept overspeaking was VERY unhelpful. If I could I would leave 0 stars!!!

I don't know what to say as I am left speechless. Long story short, the Post Office lost my son's passport (surprise). Well I was down to 1 week before travel and no solutions from Passport Information Center. I went to Solomon, he was able to get me in at the Federal Building! It's insane what this guy can do, he's the best. Don't look anywhere else, he is your man. Come here today!

Not family friendly. Called to set appointment to get my 3 kids expedited passports for spring break-8 weeks out.First person I spoke to told me he'd send a note with what information I should bring for appointment-then never sent it. Second person rushed me off the phone and said he didn't have time for me. Didn't even offer to call me back. Will take my business somewhere else. Zero customer service very bizarre.

I cannot stress enough how grateful I am to Solomon. He was so understanding and patient and explained everything so clearly. After trying two other different agencies, I was so confused and frustrated, and he was so kind and helpful. I paid $400 for a 10 day turn around (other places I went tried to charge me $1200, unbelievable) so it's pricey but it's so worth it. He made it so easy. Can't recommend enough!
