Sign City

Sorry! Been so busy i haven't had a chance to leave a review. I'm the son of the store owners on the corner of pico and hoover (M&A) had to thank you guys for doing the sign overnight for us. We really needed that sign up and you guys delivered great work on the sign too 👍

Minus Zero Stars. Hands down, the absolute WORST business and printing experience I've EVER had to pay for. (...and for 30+ years I was in the graphic and printing business so I thoroughly know how this is supposed to go). In the beginning it was all happiness and, yes, yes, yes it's a breeze we can do this ...until I handed over payment (which he wanted 100% of up front). Days later, it was a bit too slow and a bit too expensive however the job was done, but there was a problem. He printed 1 file all black which in the digital file I handed him it was not. He also placed the second line of this ultra simple file in the wrong place. He then heated up the conversation tone and proceed to attempt to blame ME for the errors. No do-over, no refund, he'll get no more of my business. If you have another choice, use it. Do Not use this place.

The owner Francisco does a terrible job, please do not pay him any money up front because he will prioritize other jobs that may be paying him more money till he has time to get to yours. The quality of work is extremely poor, they use cheap materials and they lack craftsmanship, and they don't stand behind their work, Do yoir homework before you decide to hire them, they will show a bunch of work they supposedly did, but you are better off spending a couple of hundred dollars more and go with a company that guarantees their work and get paid once they deliver.
