I had the pleasure of working with Nathan when my Brivo legacy Access control was malfunctioning. He was able to set some time the next day to help me remotely. We were able to solve the issue. Throughout the process Nathan was very responsive and easy to communicate with. He followed up multiple times regarding his availability and we found the time that worked for both of us. I spoke to George on the phone, he thoroughly explained the process to me, and we set up the installation date. His guys, Danny and Jesus, came out and installed an 8 camera system in my home. I was very pleased and got exactly what I was looking for. They did an excellent professional job!
