        Their communication skills need to improve by a whole lot. I called them because they didn't pay me for orientation like they said they would and the receptionist told me the most absurd lie how " it's taking up to 4 months for people to get their pay checks. Well investigate and call you back in a week. " 5 months later and I still never received a check or a call back.
