Bulan Thai is simplistic, charming, and minimalistic, and can be a treat for a vegetarians or those with other dietary preferences since it does not boast a strictly vegetarian menu. Personally, I love a great vegetarian dish or 3 and fell head over heels for the substitute meat chicken wings🐓+🚫=🍗They are to die for and so occasionally I find Bulan Thai an excellent place to go back to for a light snacking on veggie chicken wings and maybe a salad to fix my cravings - the chicken wings, if anything, have to be one of their best menu items, lending a beautiful density and complex, deeply satisfying taste to the buds - don't forget to add a delightful thai iced tea to make the meal go round (see photo). This is a great spot on melrose for a quick or longer sit down bite with a friend or for a fun date. You can roam the lively and famous melrose strip before or afterwards and get your fair share of city strutting stimulation 🚶‍♀️🌇
